'Getting ready for the winter'

(2 big/ 4 small glasses)

  • 2-3 apples
  • ½ banana
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 green kale leaves
  • A bit of ginger root
  • A small bit of turmeric root
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder
  • 500 ml natural water



Cut the apples and the banana into small pieces, squeeze the lemon, rinse and chop the kale and place everything in a blender. Slice the ginger and turmeric roots and put it in the blender together with water and the vanilla powder. Mix at high speed until smooth. If you like a sweeter taste you can add more banana or a tsp of raw honey.

*You can also make this recipe as a juice, instead of the banana just add 1 tbsp of raw honey.
