  • 6 blood grapefruits
  • 1 cup fresh coconut water
  • Ice (crushed)

Grapefruits and coconuts have many good properties. Grapefruits helps with your digestion, your immune system, it is a boost when you feel tired.... Coconut water, contains electrolytes that rehydrates your body, improves digestion and it is rich in nutrients in between many other qualities. I found delicious the combination in between both, and quite refreshing. So good and easy to make, it is a must for a summer day and a perfect morning juice!

Squeeze the grapefruits with a manual juicer or machine. Pour the juice into a bottle and add a cup of fresh unsweetened coconut water. Close and shake the bottle. Place in the fridge to cool down.

If you want to make it as granita, crushed some ice by using a clean cloth and a kitchen hammer or similar. Add some crushed ice into the glass and then the juice. 

You can decorate your glass with fresh herbs as lavender, mint, rosemary...
