Let's have a "Green start"! I am very excited about this new Year... i am up for for new experiences, learning and growing. For being inspired and inspire others. To develop new projects and take In the Making in a fresh and new direction.

That is why i brought something extra into this post. Food is also what you put on your skin. The skin absorbs all you put on it. You can make organic beauty products in an easy and environmental friendly way. This herbal scrub, good for circulation, it is detoxifying and might help with water retention and cellulite.

Inspiration is what brings colour into our lives. There are so many creative people, full of passion and curiosity that share with us their ideas, art, knowledge... and those things 'wake up' some interest in ourselves to learn, to create, to try new things....

I got inspired by the Moon Juice Cookbook, to make the juice. It is a book with original recipes of juices, nut milks combos, healthy snacks, simple meals, superfood sweet treats... very artsy photos and lots of authenticity. Love it!

To make the herbal scrub, place the sea salt, almond oil in a bowl. Mix. Chop thinly, the fresh mint leaves. Add the leaves into the bowl and the essential oils. Combine to make the scrub. Transfer the scrub mix into a clean jar or airtight container. Store in a dry, cool place for up to 5 months.

To make the Green Spicy Juice, feed all the ingredients into a juicer. Stir, and place in the fridge to cool down before serving.
