'Zesty, silky & tasty'


(4 glasses)

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 ½ bananas
  • 3 cups fresh almond milk
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • A handful red currants
  • A healthy handful fresh basil leaves

Zest and squeeze the lemon. Place the strawberries and basil leaves in a blender and mix together. Place the pureé into a container. Clean the blender and mix this time the bananas, lemon juice and zest, almond milk and vanilla powder until smooth. To serve, pour some strawberry pureé on the bottom of a glass and continuously add the banana-lemon shake on the top. Decorate with some fresh red currants.
