'A treat to a happy digestion'


(2 cups)

  • 500 ml water
  • 2 tbsp camomille flower tea
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel greeks
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger juice
  • 1 tbsp raw honey

Juice the ginger. Boil the water. In a bowl mix all the ingredients with the boiled water. Let it rest for about three-four minutes. Filter with a small strainer until all the camomille flowers and fennel has been removed.

Add more honey if you like it sweeter.
