'Warming our hands'

(2 cups)

  • 3 cups unsweetened nut milk
  • 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp nut butter 
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 4 fresh soft dates (unpitted)
  • ½ tsp vanilla bean, seeds scraped
  • A pinch of nutmeg, clove, chili powder
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Coconut flakes, to garnish

Treating ourselves with something warm, full of taste and a delicate sweetness. In the winter time, when it is cold and dark outside, it is an important to create special rituals to make a cozy environment where we can enjoy some time together.

Place all the ingredients into your blender and mix until smooth. In this recipe i have used fresh homemade cashew milk and almond butter, but you can use the one that you like the most.Pour the cacao mix into a pot and warm it up in medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.

When time to serve; spread some coconut flakes on the top and a pinch of cacao powder. Another delicious way to enjoy it, it is with your favorite granola.
